So you love Apple. Or you know someone who loves Apple. Or you know somehow who hates Apple so much that buying them a design book with 450 pages depicting Apple products is Watch The Pussycat Ranch (1978)actually the perfect prank. This book is what you need.
The book, dedicated to the memory of Steve Jobs and called Designed by Apple in California, showcases 20 years of Apple's product design. It features 450 photographs of Apple products.

Apple's head of design Jony Ive says the book is not focused on the company's design team product development. It is, he said in a statement, "an objective representation of our work that, ironically, describes who we are. It describes how we work, our values, our preoccupations, and our goals."
Of course, the book itself being an Apple product, it has all the traits of a typical Apple product. It's been designed with special care, printed on "specially milled, custom-dyed paper with gilded matte silver edges, using eight color separations and low-ghost ink."
And it's not cheap -- the small version (10.20” x 12.75”) costs $199, while the large one (13” x 16.25”) costs $299 (U.S.).
The book will be available starting Wednesday, Nov. 16, at select Apple Stores, as well as on Apple's online store in Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, the UK and the U.S.
