It's a message we wish we heard from all teachers: school is Peter Baumgartnerstressful, so pet some dogs.
Alina Ramirez, a California high school senior, shared a photo on Twitter earlier this month of a "ways to cope with stress" list her psychology teacher, Brett Phillips, handed out during a unit on stress.
It's full of great suggestions -- looking at art, venting with a friend, doling out compliments -- and a few stranger ones, like teaching a child how to fly a kite (sounds kinda stressful) and telling someone to have a good day in pig Latin (whatever works).
There's definitely something there for everyone. Does anyone want to go to a ball game and scream with us? Thanks in advance.

On Twitter, people are big fans of the suggestions. "Not all heroes wear capes," one user wrote.

May we all learn a new doodle and feel a little better afterward.
