Since then, the Big Green Bookshop account -- which is run by 48-year-old co-owner Simon Key -- has been steadily tweeting the first few chapters at Morgan, by hand.
"When Piers told J.K. Rowling that he’d never read any of her books, I thought that, as he spends such a lot of time looking at Twitter, I could give him the opportunity to see what he was missing," Key said.
"Initially I was just going to send a few tweets, but now I plan to send the whole of the first book (as long as J.K. doesn't mind)."

Key told us he was happy that Morgan tweeted at him. "Well, I shouldn’t have been that surprised, but it made me very happy," he said. "Now 5 million more people know about our Bookshop!"
He added that the reaction so far has been incredibly positive. "People seem to like the idea and on a personal level I’m really enjoying re-reading Harry Potter.
"I’d forgotten just how brilliant it is."
