Are mailmen and Hong Kong Archivesdogs even enemies anymore?
That is certainly not the case for Boulder, Colorado letter carrier Jeff Kramer and his friend Tashi, an elderly black lab. Kramer, who says hi to Tashi every day on his route, recently installed a ramp that helps the 14-year-old pup get from his house to his front yard.
SEE ALSO: Mailman and big dog share a heartwarming daily routine"It's incredible," Karen Dimetrosky, Tashi's owner, told the Daily Camerain Boulder. "I can't imagine not having the ramp now. It's the only way he gets in and out."
Kramer initially constructed the ramp several years ago for his own senior dog, Odie. But when Odie passed away, it sat unused — until Kramer decided to deliver the lumber to Dimetrosky and (eventually) assemble the ramp himself.
Judging by his tail, Tashi seems to be enjoying it so far.
Via GiphyTashi and Kramer aren't the only mail carrier/dog duo in the news lately. In August, the internet fell in love with the adorable daily greeting between a huge dog and a letter carrier in New Zealand.
And even this dog is thinking twice about barking at the mailman. Kind of.
