A suspected unexploded bomb on the shores of the Thames in Wapping, east London, turned out to be an oversized glittery Christmas bauble.
Tower Hamlets Police posted a photo on Twitter of the object, which officers were called to investigate.
"Luckily, upon closer inspection, it is a giant glittery Christmas bauble!" reads the tweet.
