Twitter user @_illdill_ shared the info about his dad's business on Twitter, and our hearts are swooning over the heartwarming practice.
His dad has to go out to families' homes for his flooring business, so whenever the family pet is around during business, he takes their picture and names them "employee of the week."

On the Facebook page, Stairfaces and Josephsen Hardwood Floors, photos show the good dogs (and other pets) of the business have been rewarded the title of employee of the week since 2010.
