The Bellevue PD added an update five hours later to say that the dog was safely at Kings County Animal Services, where it would be held for the owner or available for adoption.

People on Twitter have taken a liking to the dog and they have a lot of questions. Why is it wearing a sweater and blue pants? Why is it very angry? Is the anger because of the sweater and blue pants? Why did the department specify bluepants, when it didn't specify the color of the sweater? Are the blue pants jeans?
