If you've ever wondered what Hogwarts house your favorite superheroes would be Sunheri Yaadein (2020) PulsePrime Hindi Short Filmin, wonder no more!
SEE ALSO: 'Wonder Woman' is your most anticipated film of summerIn honor of Wonder Woman finally hitting the big screen, and the 20th anniversary of the first Harry Potter novel in June, the nerds at Mashablehave dived deep into comic and Potter lore to give you the unofficial official sortings of the year's biggest heroes and villains.
Let's begin with one of the most beloved and most adapted superheroes. While his status as the world's greatest detective is a strong Ravenclaw quality, Bruce Wayne is best known for his cunning and willpower. How many other people have gone from normal child to nearly super-human fighter, inventor, scientist, and detective through sheer force of will? That ambition, to take down all crime in Gotham, is all Slytherin. Plus, as a bat he'd feel right at home in Slytherin's dungeons.
Sorting Hat says: Slytherin!
Doctor Stephen Strange is an easy one. In his life as a renowned surgeon to his intense studies in the mystical arts, Dr. Strange is Ravenclaw all the way. We bet he'd have some insight into Rowena Ravenclaw's diadem. Plus, he's already a sorcerer.
Sorting Hat says: Ravenclaw!
Not all villains are Slytherins, and the former Dr. Harleen Quinzel is proof of that. Her motivation is love, and her main trait is loyalty to the Joker. Sticking by his side despite years of abuse may be tragic, but it's also clearly aligned with the most loyal of Houses, Hufflepuff. And her eventual distancing from The Joker, alignment with Poison Ivy, and re-establishment as a morally grey anti-hero fit the Hufflepuff ideal of fair play. Not to mention her original psychology degree must have taken a lot of 'Puff hard work and toil!
Sorting Hat says: Hufflepuff!
The Clown Prince of Crime may seem like a Slytherin, but let's look a little closer. The Ravenclaw motto, "Wit Beyond Measure is Man's Greatest Treasure," surely fits the villain who prides himself on his humor and a dark wittiness. He's not content to merely throw a poisoned pie, his crimes have nuance! He's not focused on accumulating power or proving himself. The Joker is here to show us what he already knows; that he is the best. Sounds like the dark side of Ravenclaw's come to life.

The Hero for Hire is another easy sorting. Being bullet-proof may help give him the confidence to run into any situation, but Luke Cage would likely do the exact same without any powers. He's brave, chivalrous, and known to leap without looking. The hero of Harlem is also its lion.
Sorting Hat says: Gryffindor!
Peter Parker is a lot of things: he's a science nerd, he's a loyal nephew and friend, and he's an ambitious teen. But he's also, without a doubt, a Gryffindor. Just look at his origin: after getting powers from a radioactive spider bite, young Peter's first decision was to become a wrestler. It was after his uncle's murder that he realized he needed to use his powers for good.
Literally the most Gryffindor since Harry Potter himself.
Sorting Hat says: Gryffindor!
Superman is also known as The Big Blue Boy Scout. That should be enough to prove his Hufflepuff status. Ma and Pa Kent raised their son to value fair play, to work hard, and to stay humble. He's practically a giant badger. Superman is the 'Puffiest 'Puff to ever 'Puff.
Sorting Hat says: Hufflepuff!
This may the most hotly contested Sorting. While Wonder Woman is likely a true Hat Stall between Gryffindor and Hufflepuff, for these purposes we decided to go with the black and yellow.
Yes, Princess Diana of Themyscira is a Hufflepuff. As with most Sortings, one simply has to look to her origins: yes, she did run off to fight due to a fairly Gryffindorian urge for battle. But that was very much part of her upbringing. Diana joined Steve Trevor's fight because she wished to bring peace to Man's World. She's an ambassador, a teacher, a mentor, and a role model. Justice is her goal. While the movie may show us a different side, the comic book incarnation of Wonder Woman is very much a Hufflepuff.
